 Dave currently is a partner at Mosch Capital a real estate firm based in Los Angeles, California specializing in acquiring apartments buildings in strong secondary and tertiary markets with a purchase price in the sub- 5 million range. He also is a senior advisor for SVN (Sperry Van Ness) a national brokerage firm with their OAK Realty office in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Prior to Dave selling his company to one of the largest management companies in the United States, Asset Living he served as the CEO and owner of Trinity Multifamily. During that time, he successfully took over and integrated more than 35,000 units in 20 States. Before becoming CEO/President, Dave served as a Regional Director at Trinity Multifamily supervising the Northwest Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri Portfolio’s. During this time, Net Operating Income (NOI) increased and occupancy ran above market average.

In addition to the multifamily experience Dave brings over 10 years’ experience in student housing on several different college and university campuses. He is a previous recipient of the National Rising Star award for excellence in student housing. Dave served as the Director of Housing and Residential Life at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith where he was the Chief Housing Officer. During this time, he was responsible for the overall operations of the Office of Housing and Residential Life. His other housing experience includes being an Area Coordinator at both Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas and Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa.

Dave is the managing partner with PFSF Investments a firm that has been involved in successful purchase of more than 3,000 units in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas. Louisiana, Ohio and Georgia. He has passively invested in excess of $3,000,000 in the real estate and assisted living space as well.

Dave holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Arkansas Tech University. Additionally, Dave is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and is accredited through the National Apartment Association. He also holds an active Arkansas Real Estate License. He was the back to back winner of the Corporate Supervisor of the year award in Central Oklahoma. He and his wife LeAnn are the parents of 2 sons, Blake and Bryce and 1 daughter Madeline.

As a managing partner in the firm, Chase brings extensive experience in real estate investing and construction to drive growth and maximize returns.

With over five years of experience in real estate investing, Chase owns a portfolio of more than 50 units, totaling over $5.5 million in value. Through his leadership roles in Cougar Contractors, Pinnacle Contracting, and SVN Oak Commercial Property Management, he helps oversee assets worth approximately $8.5 million.

Chase’s decade-long background in construction, including expertise in general contracting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work, provides Stratos with a unique advantage. His hands-on approach ensures efficient project execution and high-quality renovations, optimizing property performance for investors.

Emre Ozgul is a seasoned business professional with a diverse background spanning finance, real estate, construction, and international trade. With a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma, he brings a strong analytical foundation to every venture.

Currently, Emre serves as the Managing Partner and CFO of SVN OAK Commercial Property Management, overseeing 1,000+ units. His expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning has been instrumental in optimizing asset performance and driving growth.

Beyond property management, Emre is a real estate investor with a portfolio exceeding 30 units valued at more than $3 million. His keen eye for underwriting and market trends has helped him build a strong foundation in the real estate sector.

In the construction industry, Emre has established himself as a leader through his roles as an owner of Pinnacle Contracting and Eaglerock Builders. With four years of experience in new construction developments totaling over $8.8 million, he has successfully led both residential and commercial projects, leveraging his deep knowledge of construction processes and cost management.

Prior to his real estate and construction endeavors, Emre gained seven years of experience in the import/export business, primarily operating in Europe and Asia. His global business acumen and understanding of international markets have contributed to his strategic approach in finance and development.

Max has been active in Tulsa since 1971 as a builder, developer and real estate associate. His services include real estate consulting, construction management, and plan development. Max also has extensive experience in all facets of tenant representation and commercial real estate.
