Our history
Stratos Capital is a Tulsa, OK based private equity real estate and Manager, founded in 2019 to pursue real estate acquisition and development opportunities throughout the US. Stratos is primarily focused on growth markets in the Midwest, and South West.
Our mission and background
Stratos was originally founded as an Investment Fund, leveraging its founders legal and real estate expertise. In 2023, Stratos expanded its team, bringing on new partners to purchase larger assets. Stratos now owns and manages a diverse portfolio of real estate investments across the US, offering investors the flexibility of investing directly on a deal-by-deal basis, or through a diversified fund structure.
